電路設計上采用16位AD可編程模塊，同步時鐘驅動有效YZCCD復位噪聲，程控偏置電壓獲得寬動態測量范圍，由USB2.0接口將數據以毫秒級的高速傳輸到電腦。

US2000 Micro Spectroradiometer has used grating with high-precision, CCD array sensor with 2048 pixels and crossing compact optical structure with 60mm focus length. Due to these things, the instrument is small and the optical resolution is 0.35mm. 16-bits AD programmable modules are used to design the circuit, synchronous clock driver curbs CCD reset noise effectively, programmable controlled bias voltage acquires large dynamic testing range, and then data transmitted from high-speed USB2.0 interface to PCs.

US2000 CCD spectralradiometer is used widely. It meets most users’ requirements of spectral measurements. It can be used to measure the emission spectrum, absorption spectrum, reflectivity, transmissivity, color, etc.

1)    Optical property test of the light source and lamps

US2000 spectralradiometer matching optional attachments, such as integrating sphere, fiber, standard light source, samp領 probe.
